Quench is a week of events to discuss and explore the Christian faith hosted by Nottingham University Christian Union.
Join us any lunchtime or evening during the week to discuss and hear a little about what Christians claim to be the most fulfilling and important truth we must all consider.

What do you think of when someone mentions Christianity? The Pope, Christmas, Easter, Catholic Schools, Church, The Crusades, Ned Flanders, Mother Teresa...
As Christians we think of Jesus; His life, death and resurrections, recorded to have happened 2000 years ago. We marvel at the many martyrs who gave their life to spread the news of what they saw.
We shudder at the aweful things “Christians” do and have done in the name of God. We praise God for giving us the thing we need the most – Himself through undeserved grace and consider how we must share this joyful news with the world.
So apologies that we can’t fit Christianity in a box and do it justice! We can’t really even fit it into a week of events. But explore the site, contact us and come along to any of our events!
You will hear compelling answers to many of life's questions and a meet a load of imperfect people who have found the greatest joy and the freedom of forgiveness.
